COMMISSARY

Commissary is provided once a week by JailTracker system allowing inmates to buy personal hygiene items, snacks and soft drinks. Commissary profit goes towards the purchase of recreation equipment, dayroom televisions, bible study, games and ect. The JailTracker inmate banking system gives the jail a computerized banking and commissary report. Inmates are given a computer receipt for money deposited in the inmate trust account. On the inmates release from the jail, he/she will be given a check for the money remaining in their account along with an accounting of purchases made in the commissary, medical/dental co-pays. There will also be an accounting of the inmates money received while in jail.
